And this is also expected is our everyday lives. Here’s something to remember me by if anything: in the past –in a firm worked for a couple of (bosses) meaning higher ups in the latter. One liked my work and the trend settings but the other didn’t because he couldn’t take my presence as black woman with a 3rd world country background at best… I felt the vibes, (like give me a reason to rid u & I will) while he managed learn by circling around me everything he possibly can about the work and its qualities and occasionally I seen him utilizing these function as a tools. Both managers fought until the one who couldn’t bear my presence found other higher ups looking thru a (larger magnetic scope with good perfect reasons for the benefit of the business) to help rid me. It would be very dangerously audacious of me to vision that it could be a white and black thing because for whatever reasons the transparencies were a just cause had happened. These are the types of barriers that some black women have encountered. Hey!!!! Please! I said some black women not all. One white man judged me by my work performance and thought it was excellent and saw me as a regular employee. The other white man judged my ethnicity, which he thought it’s does not equivalent work and didn’t see me as a regular employee. Some of us are fortunate to experience such competition. Even thou there were separate issues the experience can be overwhelming especially in understanding the realization of its existence or non-existence at the same time. Because life goes on… erasing that type of stumbling block become more meaningful if anything else. And that’s one out of many issues I’ve survived in the work place. The buck doesn’t stop there because and my work continues.
